Privacy Policy

Draft pending legal review. This document was prepared in-house and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes our actual current practices, which are minimal because the site collects nothing.

The short version

www.aamyx.com is a static marketing page. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information, and there is no account system, no login, and no payment processing. There is currently no Aamyx app.

What we collect

Nothing directly. There are no forms, no cookies set by us, and no analytics installed on this site at the time of writing.

What third parties may process

Serving a website necessarily involves some processing by our providers:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and, as with any web host, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and requested URL in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details of their retention.
• Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces used here. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google. We do not control that transfer. We intend to self-host the fonts to remove it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect any.
• We do not run advertising or tracking pixels.
• We do not build profiles of visitors.

If this changes

We plan to add an email signup and privacy-respecting analytics. When we do, this policy will be updated before those features go live, and will state what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to its processing. Since we hold none, there is nothing for us to return or erase — but if you believe otherwise, contact us and we will investigate and respond.
