1. Scope

These terms govern your use of www.aamyx.com (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

2. What the site currently is

The site is an informational page describing a mobility and wellness app that is in development and not yet available. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no purchase, subscription, or account is possible. Descriptions of planned features are statements of current intent, not commitments — planned features may change substantially or be dropped.

3. Health and wellness

Aamyx is a general wellness product and does not provide medical advice. This is important enough to live on its own page — please read the Wellness Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related systems;
• interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to overwhelm it;
• scrape or republish its content at scale, or present it as your own;
• use it for anything unlawful.

5. Intellectual property

The Aamyx name, logo, written copy, design, and code on this site belong to us, except where third-party components are used under their own licences. You may read, link to, and share the site freely. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it as your own work.

6. Third-party links

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control and are not responsible for that content.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the project develops. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
